Location: Cokato, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00am-3:00pm | Monday-Friday

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a leading sauna manufacturing company in Cokato, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Production Associate:

• Set up and operate wood-sawing machinery
• Operate drill presses, routers, sanders, planers, and wood nailing machines
• Read and interpret drawings to determine dimensions, shapes, and specifications
• Select the best materials and lengths for each job
• Contribute to departmental quality control efforts
• Demonstrate consistent initiative to produce high quality work
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Report unsafe acts, accidents, and near miss incidents
• Operate equipment only when trained and authorized
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

• 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power & hand tools
• Basic math and writing skills, ability to use a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
• Strong attention to quality
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
