Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager

Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our leadership team at our dynamic community hospital.
  • In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency across our inpatient pharmacy services.
  • If you are a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about mentoring staff and optimizing medication workflows, we want you on our team.

Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state.
  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience, with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change.
