Occupational Therapist (OT) / Hand Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

Location: Medford & Grants Pass, OR
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour shifts or
• 5 x 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat upper extremity and hand conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Fabricate custom orthoses and fit prefabricated splints
• Perform manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon or eligible for licensure
• Hand therapy experience preferred
• Experience in orthopedics, splinting/orthosis fabrication, and hand therapy protocols preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience documenting patient progress and treatment notes
• Willingness to travel between Medford and Grants Pass clinics as needed
• Experience is a plus; training will be provided to the right candidate
  

Work Environment

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Work closely with therapists, hand surgeons, orthopedic providers, PAs, MAs, and front office staff
• Utilize orthoses, splinting, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic modalities
• Approximately 12 patients per day
