Some light janitorial support and managing building service vendors as well as miscellaneous building maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: GENERAL TASKS Handle inquiries and task requests from the client Clean debris or accidental messes Setup and Breakdown chairs, tables, and light furniture as needed Keep utility closets and equipment clean and organized Communicate site issues or changes Communicate supply needs to Manager MAINTENANCE Minor Repair/Maintenance of onsite property or equipment Manage vendors as appropriate at direction of client Manage resources as directed by the client Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to pass a Federal background check and school clearance requirements.
