Solomon Ward is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Transactional Partner to join our thriving corporate practice. You will handle sophisticated matters for a diverse client base, including M&A, financings, commercial contract negotiations, and general corporate matters. We offer a formula-based compensation system, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive, collegial environment built for an established transactional practice. Our Partners also realize a meaningfully higher gross profit margin than typical Big Law partners.

The Opportunity:

You will work closely with clients and fellow partners on:

• Financings, restructurings and recapitalizations.
• Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• General corporate counseling, entity formations, and governance.
• Influencer, entertainment, and celebrity representation matters.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of private law firm experience in financings, M&A, and general transactional matters.
• A portable book of business is a plus, but not necessarily required.
• Active California bar admission.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
