Risk Management Strategy & Organizational Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Strategy & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant. The ideal candidate will lead strategic alignment, process transformation, risk governance enablement, and organizational change efforts to establish integrated risk management practices across a large-scale, matrixed global organization. This role requires expertise in enterprise risk management, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, data-driven reporting, training strategy, and operational readiness within complex capital project environments.

Partner with EPC Risk stakeholders to assess current-state risk management processes, facilitate stakeholder alignment discussions, develop future-state process documentation, support organizational change management activities, analyze risk data trends, create executive-ready reporting and Power BI dashboards, conduct training and onboarding sessions, and provide weekly program status updates to leadership teams. The role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across a global matrixed organization.

Ideal candidates have experience in enterprise risk management, organizational change management, program management, or business transformation within large-scale infrastructure, EPC, construction, cloud, or highly regulated environments. Candidates should have strong executive communication, stakeholder management, process improvement, analytics, and training experience, along with the ability to operate independently in complex matrixed organizations. Experience with Power BI, governance reporting, process mapping, and transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
