Oversees networks, service desk, telecom, PC hardware, Microsoft 365, data center and Azure cloud operations. Drives operational excellence, service quality, and modernization through strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning.Responsibilities:Infrastructure & Cloud OperationsNetwork OperationsData Center / Hosting Environment ManagementEnd-User & Service OperationsLeadership & Team DevelopmentGovernance, Vendors & Financial ManagementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldRelevant certifications preferred (e.g., Azure, ITIL, infrastructure or networking certifications)8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including leadership rolesDemonstrated experience managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, and service operationsExperience supporting or leading Azure cloud environments and cloud transformation initiativesProven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and oversee operational performanceTechnical expertise in: Microsoft Azure cloud services and operations, Microsoft 365 enterprise platforms, enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery), networking and connectivity environments, IT service management frameworks and toolsCompensation Range: $135,000 - $156,000 (based on experience)Physical Requirements: Prolonged use of a computer and standard office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 pounds).
