We are looking for a driven administrative assistant to strengthen our purchasing team and contribute to optimizing our purchasing process. Profile We are looking for someone who: Is strong in communication and can work independently. Is a true team player. Works accurately and has an eye for detail. Is flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. Key Responsibilities As an administrative assistant in purchasing, you will be responsible for: Following up on backorders and delivery times from our suppliers. Coordinating deliveries to customers, in close collaboration with our logistics and sales team. Managing EOL (end of life) orders and ensuring correct processing in collaboration with sales and suppliers. Keeping our ERP system up to date.
