Production Supervisor

Voor onze klant, een sterk groeiende wereldleider in zijn werkveld binnen de metaalindustrie gelegen in Antwerpen, zijn we op zoek naar een Production Supervisor. Wat ga je concreet doen? Als Production Supervisor word je verantwoordelijk voor een team van 15 productiemedewerkers. Je combineert operationeel overzicht met mensgerichte aansturing en zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verloopt. Concreet betekent dit dat je: De dagelijkse productie organiseert en opvolgt volgens planning, kwaliteit en veiligheidsnormen. De personeelsbezetting en taakverdeling binnen je ploeg bepaalt. Operatoren coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt (ook nieuwe medewerkers). Evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken voert. Operationele problemen analyseert en zelfstandig oplost. Samenwerkt met Technische Dienst, Kwaliteit, Preventie, vakorganisaties en HR. Actief bijdraagt aan het reduceren van scrap en rework. Waakt over orde, netheid, veiligheid en milieu. Mee deel uitmaakt van het interne interventieteam. Je dicht bij de werkvloer staat en zichtbaar aanwezig bent in je ploeg. #J-18808-Ljbffr CLEAR SKY SELECTION
