Growth Marketing Manager (New York City Metropolitan Area)

What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer with 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation who has hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) and optimizing SEO/GEO channels. You should be comfortable building a marketing function from scratch at a fast-paced startup and have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage the content marketing engine — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content
- Develop and refine core messaging and positioning, working closely with the founders and sales team in-office to deeply understand the product and customer pain points
- Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic inbound demo bookings
- Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels
