Responsibilities include: Greet and assist customers, technicians, and insurance partners in a friendly, professional manner. Identify, source, order, and distribute the correct OEM and aftermarket parts needed for collision repairs. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure incoming parts are received, inspected, and stocked correctly. Verify parts for accuracy and completeness before repairs begin to minimize delays. Price parts accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory information within the dealership management system. Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely availability of parts throughout the repair process. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient. Inform customers of current parts and accessory promotions when appropriate. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Qualifications Automotive parts experience preferred (collision center experience is a plus). Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
