Position Summary Aquatic is seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Mold Shop Supervisor to lead an 8-person mold shop team at our Lancaster, TX manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced manufacturing supervisor who thrives on the production floor and knows how to create consistency, enforce standards, and hold teams accountable in a fast‑paced environment. The mold shop has established processes and experienced employees. The challenge is not creating new systems—it is ensuring existing processes are executed consistently every day. The successful candidate will bring strong floor leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to drive execution through direct coaching, accountability, and employee engagement. This position is critical to improving mold readiness, reducing avoidable rework, extending mold life, and supporting overall plant productivity. Success will be measured by the ability to improve consistency, strengthen team performance, and eliminate operational inefficiencies that impact production flow. Because the workforce is primarily Spanish‑speaking, bilingual English/Spanish communication is a mandatory requirement. The supervisor must be able to conduct training, coaching, performance discussions, and accountability conversations directly with employees without relying on translation support. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations of the mold shop and maintain a strong presence on the production floor. Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable to safety, quality, and production standards. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through direct engagement and daily leadership. Ensure mold repair, preparation, and maintenance processes are followed consistently and correctly. Drive process discipline and eliminate shortcuts that create quality issues, downtime, or repeated rework. Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions when standards are not being met. Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership to improve operational performance. Reduce recurring mold‑related issues that negatively impact throughput and production efficiency. Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, inventory, and operational records. Enforce all company safety policies and environmental standards. Lead effectively through changing priorities, production demands, and operational challenges. Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience. Experience leading hourly employees in a production, manufacturing, maintenance, fabrication, tooling, or industrial environment. Demonstrated success improving accountability, process compliance, and operational consistency. Proven ability to coach employees, address performance concerns, and drive behavioral change. Strong floor leadership presence with a hands‑on management style. Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mold maintenance, composites, fiberglass‑reinforced plastics (FRP), plastics manufacturing, tooling, fabrication, or related industrial operations. Experience inheriting and improving established teams. Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and manufacturing systems. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Work Environment & Schedule Full‑time onsite position located in Lancaster, Texas. Significant daily presence on the production floor is required. Manufacturing operation currently operates extended shifts and overtime as business demands require. Ability to travel for initial training at another American Bath Group facility may be required. Why Join Aquatic?
