Flat rate per day 24 hour call Support Staff: APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day Patient Population/Age: adult Department Description: hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage - there is a chance clinic could be scheduled for 4 EMR: Cerner Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery License Required: AZ license will look at IMLC LOQ DEA: yes Certifications Required: BLS Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Credentialing: 21 days
