JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active AZ license (IMLC accepted)

  • Board: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery

  • DEA: DEA required

  • Certifications: BLS

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Orthopedic Surgery

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide 24-hour call coverage for orthopedic surgery, including emergency consults and surgical cases.
  • Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatric orthopedic conditions.
  • Perform average of 2 surgical cases per day with support from scrub techs.
  • Conduct approximately 6 new orthopedic consults per day.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and provide minimal PM coverage as needed.
