Production Worker

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

Pay Range: $17 per hour

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble various millwork products such as exterior and interior door units by reading and interpreting job tickets and blueprints.
• Operate woodworking machinery including chop saws, table saws, routers, and pneumatic tools to machine and modify products.
• Prepare completed products for shipment by applying casing, sleeves, stickers, and labels as needed.
• Inspect the quality and accuracy of the product throughout each stage of the assembly process.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning, oiling, calibrating machines, and reporting malfunctions to supervisors.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and job tickets.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across various workstations and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
