Sr. Planning & Supply Chain Analyst (BH-72078-1) Location: Billerica, United States Sector: Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain Salary: $140,000.00 per annum Sr. Planning Analyst - Direct Hire Leading medical devices is seeking a talented Sr. Planning Analyst in Billerica, MA, to join a company that is revolutionizing biomarker analysis to advance precision health. This innovative organization leverages cutting‑edge technology to enable earlier disease detection and improve patient outcomes. Shift 9‑5 (flexible, e.g., 7‑3 also works) Salary $120-140k/yr Responsibilities Develop and lead global inventory strategies, translating demand forecasts into supply planning models. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance service targets and reduce scrap/obsolescence. Analyze demand and supply variability to refine planning parameters within the planning model and ERP system. Lead production and procurement planning to ensure material availability for reagents, instruments, and consumables. Create work orders and manage the production schedule for manufacturing and kitting operations teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
