Job Summary Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, & evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and families. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Scheduling and Call Requirements Schedule: 4 10‑hour shifts, 7 am–8:30 pm. Call: 4–5 weekday call shifts, 1 weekend call shift every 10–11 weekends. Must be within 30 min from facility if called back. Qualifications Required Experience: One year of RN experience Preferred Experience: Critical Care and/or strong hospital experience Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years. RNs with 10+ years of experience are exempt. Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing (Required) Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply.
