Senior Manager of ESG & Product Compliance Reporting

This role ensures compliance with all mandatory environmental and product‑level reporting requirements in partnership with our existing outsourced vendors and manages ongoing key ESG partnerships, including Frontier (through Watershed), SuperCircle, VALPAK & RLG, and 3PL in the EU. Key Responsibilities Understand our financial systems and spend accounts to support emissions measurement. Manage our product‑level and shipment data to support EPR reporting. Support data flow to our third‑party partners (Watershed, RLG, Valpak). Maintain compliance documentation, track filings, and support audits. Monitor the evolving legal/regulatory environment globally and ensure SKIMS complies. Report on environmental performance indicators across the supply chain. Own annual emissions and EPR reporting cycles. Manage third‑party data partnerships and ensure data integrity and consistency. Track regulatory changes (U.S. and international) and support audit responses. Develop and maintain a reporting calendar and documentation repository. Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure compliance with ESG standards. Assist with supplier engagement and monitoring for ESG compliance. Respond to customer and investor requests for emissions data and sustainability disclosures. Reporting Components of Role Emissions Reporting (Climate‑Related Reporting) Manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting via Watershed. Maintain dashboards and transform data to improve emissions accuracy and traceability. Ensure mandatory compliance with CA reporting rules. Respond to legal, investor, and customer requests related to climate metrics. Product‑Level Mandatory Compliance (Extended Producer Responsibility – EPR) Maintain partnership with RLG and Valpak for U.S. and EU packaging and product compliance. Collaborate with operations to align packaging and sourcing initiatives with sustainability goals. Ongoing ESG Partnerships Management Manage Frontier and SuperCircle partnerships and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Support sustainability initiatives across sourcing, manufacturing, and packaging to strengthen ESG performance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience with data analytics, compliance reporting, or sustainability data. Detail‑oriented with comfort managing regulatory submissions. Ability to manage 3rd‑party vendors. Self‑driven, capable of working autonomously. Preferred: experience with ESG or sustainability frameworks, supplier engagement, and data‑driven performance tracking.
