The Role A hands-on graphic designer who brings creativity and craft to every asset, delivering high-performing, on-brand creative across paid and owned channels at pace. What You Will Be Doing Own Figma as your primary tool — building and maintaining component libraries, shared styles, design tokens, and multi-brand files to a genuinely expert standard Apply AI design and production tools to accelerate asset variation, resizing, and localisation without sacrificing quality or brand consistency Develop fresh concepts for digital assets across social media channels, from seasonal campaigns to major brand moments Deliver consistent, high-quality creative across multiple social platforms, respecting channel specs and current trends Contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems, templates, and production workflows Bring new ideas and innovative design thinking that elevates the team's creative output What We Are Looking For Demonstrated experience in a comparable design role, supported by a strong and engaging portfolio. Advanced, demonstrable Figma skills — this is non-negotiable Practical experience with AI design tools and genuine curiosity about what's next A solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and social media trends and specifications Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) experience is a bonus Someone who takes feedback well, works well under pressure, and takes real ownership of their work Why You Will Love It You'll be joining a team that moves fast, thinks big, and genuinely values creativity.
