Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in Illinois is required to commence the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR is preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
• Orientation duration: 5 days.
• Home health experience is preferred; however, candidates new to this setting will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience in home health is preferred.
• Knowledge of home health documentation and billing practices is advantageous.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• EMR System: Home Care Home Base.
• Orientation period: 5 days.
• Productivity target: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
