About the Role

NoeCee Global is looking for a motivated and Customer Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.

As a Client Relations Associate, you’ll work directly with customers and clients while supporting promotional marketing campaigns and helping create a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate with our team to represent client brands, educate customers about products and services, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
• Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with promotional marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts
• Work closely with team members to meet client and customer needs
• Contribute to customer retention, brand awareness, and business growth
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Customer service, sales, marketing, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Pay Structure: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Weekly Bonuses & Incentives
