Distribution Associate

Job Description Join a global leader in athletic footwear and apparel as a Distribution Associate in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled distribution center. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain by picking, packing, and auditing inventory to ensure accurate order fulfillment. This position offers competitive pay, multiple shift options, and the opportunity to build a stable career in logistics. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and audit orders accurately using RF scanners. Process shipping and receiving logistics. Conduct inventory counting and routine auditing. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available) Skills Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Familiarity operating RF scanners. Hands-on experience with picking, packing, and inventory control tasks. Education No Degree Required Experience 0-1 years Qualifications Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer proficiency and math skills. High attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork abilities. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in English. Authorization to pass standard background check and drug screen compliance.
