Distribution Center Associate (Customer Care)

The Details

• Shift: Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm
• Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Please note that this role is ON-SITE in our Salt Lake Distribution Center

What You’ll Do

• Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly.
• Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries.
• Help process international orders needing extra documentation.
• Fixing print problems and releasing held orders.
• All around problem solving.
• Help process customer orders by picking and verifying products.
• Assist with warehouse projects including product relocation, labeling shelving, cleaning up cardboard, and replenishing workstations.

It is anticipated this position will have a salary within the range listed below, depending on the candidate’s qualifications for the role. United States Remote Hourly Range

$19—$19 USD
