Logistics Specialist

Review available shipments in the ERP system, batch orders, and print daily picklists Create and verify international shipping documents for regulatory compliance and customs clearance Respond to HTS code inquiries and classify goods accurately Batch customer orders and facilitate timely processing and shipment Act as primary contact for customer service and warehouse staff regarding shipment inquiries, expedites, and delivery updates Schedule carriers and coordinate shipping and delivery logistics Provide proof of delivery to Customer Service and Accounting teams Maintain accurate shipping-document records Follow up on shipment errors and damages and coordinate issue resolution Batch and file daily picklists and shipping documents Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, or Industrial Engineering Proficiency in inbound and outbound logistics processes Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, and ability to create PowerPoint presentations Strong analytical and data management skills Ability to understand production and engineering business processes Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Practical problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize tasks effectivelyAbility to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments Ability to collaborate across multiple departments Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and operational requirements Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in logistics management, including proficiency in ERP and TMS systems, and the ability to create and verify international shipping documents for compliance.
