Outline of Duties: Perform manufacturing tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Work, alongside a team, to complete processes towards the assembly of Subaru vehicles. Rotate through stations for specific production processes. Conduct quality inspections on products and parts. Prepare finished products for shipment to other SIA Sections. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Must be active in Safety, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement activities. Initiate, document, and participate in company-wide Kaizen projects. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of eighteen (18) months manufacturing assembly experience Ability to work a 2nd Shift schedule (Generally, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM). Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be a self-directed, motivated individual. High school diploma or GED required.
