Office Manager 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1019 Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Annually Job Summary The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and office operations of our Malden, MO facility. This role supports plant leadership by managing office procedures, coordinating administrative functions, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions for the facility Support plant leadership with scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and document management Coordinate office supplies, vendor services, and facility administrative needs Assist Production Manager with payroll timekeeping and HR-related administrative tasks Serve as a point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events as needed Support purchasing and invoice processing activities in partnership with accounting and procurement teams Assist with safety documentation and training records Help improve administrative processes and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of manufacturing operations and terminology Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach Full-time, onsite position in a manufacturing facility Fast-paced environment with regular interaction across production, operations, and corporate teams Standard office setting within a plant environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Automatic Data Processing
