Guided by its mission to Make People and Nature Healthier Through Biotechnology, and its role as a well-recognized biotechnology company, GenScript has a team of approximately 6,165 employees and has served more than 200,000 customers across over 100 countries and regions.Position Overview:We are seeking a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join Genscript's team to conduct high-volume recruitment activities for a 6 month contracted period.Please note that this position is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ and will offer approximately $30 - $32 per hour based on experience level.Responsibilities:Conduct high volume recruitment activities to ensure successful Talent Acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective for open positions in US sitesSelect qualified job applicants and make hiring recommendations when appropriateMaintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Responsible for other duties as assignedQualifications / Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ManagementExperience in Human Resources in a fast paced environmentHeadhunter or recruiting experience in life science industry is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExperience driving process standardization and improvement effortsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointBenefits:Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
