We offer a comprehensive benefit package including 401K with company match.What You'll DoAs a Licensed Clinician, you'll serve as a trusted clinical expert supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across multiple residential programs.Your Responsibilities Include:Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive clinical evaluationsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)Provide face-to-face clinical services and ongoing behavioral consultationLead crisis response efforts and post-incident clinical debriefingsAnalyze behavioral data to measure progress and modify treatment strategiesParticipate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case reviewsTrain and mentor home managers, program leaders, and direct support professionalsSupport quality improvement initiatives and regulatory complianceCollaborate with families, Community Mental Health (CMH) agencies, and external providersAssist with investigations involving abuse, neglect, or behavioral incidentsParticipate in an on-call rotation as neededWhat You Bring - QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field (MSW is preferred)Ideal candidates will hold one of the following Michigan credentials:LCSW or LMSW or LLMSWLSWBCBALPCCLPCPBSFExperience in case management, behavior support, or behavioral health services.Experience supporting individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism, or individuals exhibiting complex, high-intensity behaviors.Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop person-centered treatment strategies, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally, including travel to Ossineke, Michigan, 1–2 times per month.Ability to pass all required background checks and meet state and regulatory requirements.What Makes You SuccessfulStrong clinical judgment and critical thinkingPassion for trauma-informed, person-centered careExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence leading crisis interventions and clinical decision-makingOrganized, self-directed, and adaptableCollaborative mindset with a commitment to improving outcomesTravel RequirementsThis position follows a hybrid work schedule with regular regional travel to support Beacon residential programs.
