Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist – Experienced - Weekend Shift to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to quality, aligning seamlessly with the company's values and goals.

Job Title: CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist

Location: Hobart, WI

Pay Range: Based on experience 

Shift: Weekend Shift (5am-5pm Fri, Sat, Sun)

What's the Job?

• Perform complete setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Select tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs to ensure accurate machining.
• Edit programs at the machine and troubleshoot issues to maintain production flow.
• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T to meet tight tolerances and specifications.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met and optimize machining processes for efficiency.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with mills and/or lathes.
• Strong setup experience and ability to operate independently.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
• Experience with program edits and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
