What You Will Be Doing Performing erosion control and site stabilization activities Shoveling, moving, and placing construction materials Assisting pipe crews, grading crews, and other roadway construction operations Installing, maintaining, and repairing traffic control devices Working in and around live traffic and heavy equipment Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards. Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction. Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures. Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction. Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan. Performs additional assignments per management’s direction. What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior heavy civil, highway, or construction experience preferred but not required.
