Recruiting Coordinator

Title: Recruiting Coordinator Industry: Consumer Goods Location: Bolingbrook, IL Duration: 7 months Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and interviewers. Manage candidate records, interview schedules, and recruiting workflows within the ATS. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and updates. Support recruiting operations by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring recruiting activities are completed efficiently. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate interview logistics and resolve scheduling conflicts. Requirements 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support experience. Experience scheduling high-volume interviews across multiple stakeholders. Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
