Real Estate Specialist

Auditing real estate paperwork for compliance, the full-time Real Estate Specialist will ensure accurate disclosures, analyze reports for follow-up actions, and manage document uploads and data entry in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Audit disclosures and legal documents to minimize legal and financial exposure Notify relevant parties of process delays and urgent items in a timely manner Assist with ongoing process design and improvements related to documentation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, but not required Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and analytical skills Customer service background preferred, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills
