Medical Receptionist

Client Overview: Our client is a healthcare organization focused on providing quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. They are looking to add a Medical Receptionist to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr Position Overview: The Medical Receptionist will provide friendly customer support, answer inquiries, and help resolve client needs over the phone. Responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns. Provide prompt, professional customer support and issue resolution. Assist with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests. Accurately document customer interactions and update records in company systems. Promote products and services when appropriate to support business goals. Maintain strong phone etiquette while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience/Skills for the Medical Receptionist: Previous call center, customer service, or phone-based support experience. Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a medical office setting. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining professionalism. Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
