Key Responsibilities for the Junior Business:

• Manage daily office operations, supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Provide light administrative support to executive leadership
• Assist with presentations and internal materials (Canva)
• Support financial and data tracking in Excel and spreadsheets
• Help prepare and manage monthly lender draw packages
• Track leasing and asset management activity as needed

Qualifications for the Junior Business Analyst:

• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• 2+ years experience office administration or office management
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Comfort learning new tools and working with data

Salary: $65,000$75,000
