Responsibilities Actively assist in the coordination of the timely and accurate execution of all asset protection initiatives as per company standards. Effectively use store communication systems as a vehicle for asset protection initiatives. Detect and arrest shoplifters and complete related documentation. Execute asset‑protection procedures to reduce shortage and provide customer service. Assist Asset Protection Investigators. Collaborate with Customer and Associate groups within the store to ensure objectives are clearly communicated and executed. Qualifications Valid US Security Guard License (required). Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/civil proceedings. Detail‑oriented with strong systems proficiency. Can‑do attitude and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. Responsible and dutiful with a strong sense of ownership. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends if needed.
