Description: Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.*
• Monitor team performance and report to management.*
• Assist with interview process, onboarding and annual reviews*
• Motivate team members.*
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.*
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.*
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.*
• Communicate employee's and other team leaders to ensure smooth facility operations.*
• Record keeping and monitoring of Inventory.*
• Responsible for monitoring stock levels and usage*
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.*

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. For heavier merchandise lifting devices and/or assistance is required.
