What Sets Us Apart: Inclusive and collaborative work culture Fast-growing organization with tons of training opportunities Team-based approach to mental health services What You'll Do: As a Mental Health Clinician with us, you'll have the chance to provide intensive case management, therapy, and crisis intervention across various settings – in office, virtually, and field-based. Our recovery-oriented services encompass a wide array of support, including housing and basic needs assistance, linkage to physical health care, benefits assistance, employment services, and integrated mental health and substance abuse treatment services. What We Offer: Tons of training opportunities to enhance your skills Clinical supervision to support your professional development Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 Fully-paid employee medical plan, with access to vision and dental plans 21 days of paid vacation accrued from Day 1 What You Bring to the Table: Passion for working with people living with severe mental illness Accuracy and detail-oriented approach to documentation Knowledge of DSM-V and diagnostic criteria Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology; BBS-registered (New Grads Encouraged to apply!)
