About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy and build a high-performing internal engineering organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology vision, software architecture, engineering leadership, infrastructure, security, and product delivery. This role requires a strategic technology executive with a strong background in modern software architecture, cloud technologies, DevOps, and enterprise technology strategy. The CTO will also be tasked with modernizing existing platforms, driving scalable and secure cloud-based technology solutions, and championing emerging technologies to support business growth. Applicants for the Interim CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience. Experience in WealthTech, FinTech, or financial services technology is strongly preferred, particularly in the areas of portfolio management, investment reporting, or financial software platforms. The role demands a proven track record in building and leading high-performing software engineering organizations, as well as excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. The CTO will be expected to partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and product strategy, and to establish engineering best practices and operational excellence across the organization.
