Job Summary
Ewing, Blackwelder & Duce Insurance is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses protect what matters most.
The Commercial Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing customized commercial insurance solutions to business owners and organizations.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential
- Guaranteed income provided for the first 2 years to help support your transition and growth
- Guaranteed pay amount is based on experience level and background in insurance or sales
- Opportunity to build a long-term book of business and increase earnings over time
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities available based on performance

Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and coverage options
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently work toward sales goals
- Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure an excellent client experience
- Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and market changes
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- 1+ years of insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Professional and customer-focused mindset
