This position offers significant responsibility and a diverse caseload in a collaborative team environment. Duties Represent clients in complex insurance coverage matters. Handle cases involving general liability, cyber liability, and professional liability. Engage in litigation in both state and federal courts. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Requirements Admitted to the Bar in good standing in Massachusetts. 2-8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in insurance coverage matters. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Massachusetts. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
