Committed to getting it right — for our people, our clients, and our communities.What You Will Do:Defend professional liability and malpractice claims through all phases of litigation.Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and manage written discovery.Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.Work with expert witnesses and consultants.Assist with trial preparation and appellate matters.Develop strong client relationships while working collaboratively with attorneys across offices and practice groups.Qualifications:2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in professional liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, or other complex civil litigation.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and good standing required; admission in other jurisdictions a plus.J.D. from an accredited law school.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.What We Offer Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from $135,000-$155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Competitive Compensation & Multiple Paths to Earn MoreHinshaw’s compensation structure is designed to reward performance and provide multiple opportunities to increase your total compensation.
