Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to serve as a strategic scout and business development partner for a growing investment and financial services company.

This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional with a strong network and experience in business development, relationship management, financial services, real estate, private business, or professional sales. The Sales Consultant will focus on developing new relationships, identifying potential opportunities, generating qualified referrals, and expanding the Company's network of participants and clients.

This is a performance-based opportunity offering a 5% commission on qualifying funded participant contributions, with the ability to earn additional monthly compensation after reaching established production milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective participants, business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and other potential referral sources.
• Identify and refer prospective new participants to the Company.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, relationship building, and business development activities.
• Identify and present potential opportunities involving real estate, small and medium-sized businesses, and technology ventures for Company consideration.
• Identify businesses and individuals who may potentially benefit from the Company's collateralized loan and lending services.
• Conduct outreach to prospective participants and referral partners through phone, email, networking events, social media, and existing professional relationships.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective participants and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Company leadership regarding strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the referral process.
• Track business development activity, referrals, opportunities, and funded relationships.
• Represent the Company's services professionally and accurately when communicating with prospective participants and referral sources.
• Participate in networking and business development activities designed to increase Company visibility and generate new relationships.

Compensation Structure

5% Commission

The Sales Consultant will receive a 5% commission for each qualifying new funded participant contribution directly sourced by the Consultant.

Commission payments will be made via direct deposit within five business days following confirmed funding, subject to the applicable consultant agreement and Company policies.

Examples:

• $10,000 funded contribution → $500 commission
• $25,000 funded contribution → $1,250 commission
• $50,000 funded contribution → $2,500 commission
• $100,000 funded contribution → $5,000 commission
• $250,000 funded contributions → $12,500 commission

$2,000 Monthly Performance Incentive

Once the Consultant has successfully referred an aggregate of $250,000 in qualifying participant contributions, the Consultant becomes eligible for an additional $2,000 monthly stipend, subject to the terms of the consultant agreement.

To maintain the $2,000 monthly payment, the Consultant must continue generating at least $60,000 in new qualifying participant contributions per calendar quarter.

This monthly compensation is paid in addition to the 5% commission on qualifying funded contributions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, financial services, real estate, lending, recruiting, professional services, or a related relationship-driven field preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build professional relationships.
• Strong networking and referral-generation abilities.
• Comfortable working within a commission-driven compensation structure.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business, finance, real estate, and investment opportunities.
• Existing professional or business network is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate sophisticated business concepts professionally and accurately.
