Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Outpatient GI/Endoscopy | Miami, FL | Up to $200K+ Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient gastrointestinal and endoscopy procedures in modern ambulatory surgery centers
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and patient evaluations
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Valid CRNA license or eligibility for Florida state licensure
• Eligible for credentialing and privileging in Florida healthcare facilities
• Master's degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in GI anesthesia, endoscopy procedures, or outpatient/ambulatory surgery settings
• Familiarity with monitored anesthesia care (MAC) techniques
• Experience working in Florida healthcare systems
