Quality Assurance Lead - Food Manufacturing

We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to help ensure food safety, product quality, and regulatory standards are consistently met within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working closely with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

What You'll Do

• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs
• Perform daily quality checks and facility inspections
• Complete HACCP documentation, verification, and corrective actions
• Conduct internal audits and help maintain FDA compliance
• Monitor finished product quality and specifications
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints
• Perform pre-operational and post-operational inspections
• Work with Production and Sanitation teams to resolve quality concerns
• Assist with customer, third-party, and regulatory audits

What We're Looking For

• Previous Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• HACCP experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of GMP and FDA requirements
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Basic computer skills required
