Job Overview All Star Assembly, a Michigan-based family‑owned business, supplies assembly technicians for Walmart Supercenters in several states. The part‑time position involves assembling bikes, grills, patio sets, lawn and garden equipment, and other retail items as requested by store managers. Pay is piece‑rate, with potential earnings ranging from $18+ starting pay up to $40+ per hour. Responsibilities Assemble bikes, grills, patio sets, lawn and garden equipment, and other retail items to meet Walmart’s quality standards. Follow work instructions and maintain proper safety and sanitation practices, including wearing a mask and sanitizing hands when required. Meet store manager expectations and production quotas while ensuring product integrity for retail display and customers. Qualifications and Skills Pass a clean background check and be a legal U.S. citizen. Have good mechanical skills and prior assembly experience with bikes, BBQ grills, patio furniture, and lawn & garden equipment. Have a working personal smartphone and email address. Have a valid driver’s license. Have a reliable and insured vehicle. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Have basic tools to start (see list below). Agree to wear an acceptable face mask when required. Be honest, professional, respectful, and possess excellent English language and communication skills.
