The Campus Ambassador is responsible for delivering superior customer service in every encounter with the campus community. As the face of JLL on campus, you'll support the Facility Manager in providing exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees and this role embodies that commitment by ensuring a seamless and consistent level of service at every user touchpoint. You'll act as the primary liaison between building occupants and facility services, creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to thrive. This position represents JLL's identity in appearance, demeanor, values, and ethics, making every interaction count.

Estimated compensation for this position:

62,500.00 66,625.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
