Join Our Team as a Food Runner!

Position SummaryAs a Food Runner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful dining experience. Working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams, you’ll be the bridge that connects beautifully crafted dishes with happy customers. If you have a knack for staying organized and a love for Asian cuisine, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities- Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately.
- Ensure food presentation meets our high-quality standards before serving.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them, and maintaining a clean dining space.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests when needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
