-Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members -Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics -Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents -Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements -Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
