Student Services Office Professional

The Student Services Office Professional provides high-level clerical and organizational support to the Director of Student Services, ensuring compliance with state reporting requirements and the efficient operation of special education/student services. This role manages student records and IEP documentation, supports data systems and reporting (including ISBE requirements), coordinates meetings and timelines, assists with grants and reimbursement processes, and serves as a key point of communication among staff, families, and outside agencies. The position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced school environment. This position also requires knowledge and flexibility to provide office coverage for office professionals during lunches and absences in all buildings within the district. Although this position is located in the elementary school, roles and responsibilities are for student services throughout the entire district.
