Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process and related documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to plan and implement evidence-based interventions
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students and create targeted treatment plans based on individual needs
• Deliver direct, consultative, and team-based PT services in schools
• Support classrooms and teachers with adaptive strategies and equipment recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates for students
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Engage with families to ensure understanding and carryover of PT recommendations
• Collaborate with educators and other related service providers as part of the educational team
